Elise holds an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Science with a major in psychology from Queen’s University. Elise is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Elise works with children, youth, adults, couples, and families. She has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addictions, anger management, OCD, BPD & more.

Elise uses holistic, inclusive, and client-centered approaches, with a focus/appreciation for each person’s unique lived experiences, to provide well-rounded care and support.

Talia works with youth (ages 10+), adults, families, and couples. She supports clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, perinatal mental health, and infertility. She has additional training in perinatal wellness and infertility, including counselling for assisted reproductive technology.
