Rebecca’s approach is non-judgemental, client-centered, and collaborative. She works with your knowledge, insights, and strengths, in addition to her skills in therapy to best support your goals. Rebecca draws on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, and more.
